About the Farm
We are a seventy-five acre farm in Rose Hill, KS, originally A to Z Dairy, established in 1960 by Alvin and Zeneta Herbers. This farm holds many precious memories and traditions that are nestled in our hearts and minds, which all began with this beautiful couple, also known as A and Z. Raising five children with intention, they instilled the value of hard work, the importance of love and faith, and the beauty of hospitality. At 5’2 and a twinkle in her eye, Z welcomed anyone visiting this quaint little farm with a warm embrace that seemed to say, ‘come, and sit awhile.’
Having been given the opportunity to carry on this same hospitality, the farm is now our home. We are Mike and Shelly Herbers and have implemented a new vision and a new name, A toZ farm and flower. We feel so blessed to be able to carry on the farming tradition, as well as, expanding the landscape with the beauty of flowers. By creating additional picture, perfect opportunities for photographers and clients, it is our desire to share with others the authentic charm this farm has to offer.
Above all, it is our desire that the beauty of nature will point others to ponder the reality of the One who created all things, the creator behind the creation, the One who loves us, blesses us, and desires a relationship with us, and that… is the most beautiful of all.
